- I have owned several computers over the past years thinking
that with all the technical & program advancements, some day I would be able to
utilized this instrument to its full capacity. Well let me tell you folks, that that
day was slow coming.

- I had listened to tapes, read books and watched videos on the
use and understanding of computers. Yes, they where of some help, but I continued to
struggle along. I am one of those persons who require hands on experience in order
to grasp the concepts. This is where Computer Coach entered in and gave me the
skills & self confidence that I required.

- Because of the one on one coaching, working at my own speed,
& utilizing my own computer, I have now over come that feeling that I will never be
able to have the skills needed to do the things I want to do on my computer.

- Thank You Computer Coach Nancy! I am now able browse the
web, utilize instant messenger to keep in contact with family and friends, work with
Microsoft Word & use the Quicken to keep my financial house in order.

- Once again I want to say Thank You to my coach, "Coach
Nancy", for opening up an entire new world of computer experiences for me.
This was the best money I have spent for what I received in return.

Subject: Computer Coach Services
I am a business owner and have a very active lifestyle. The last thing I have time to do
or want to do is read window's help files.
I use a PC at work and at home and I also use a laptop. I do have a good understanding of
the software applications that I use on a regular basis. Where I need help is in the
general customizing and maintenance of my computers.
I benefit most from the YourComputerCoach service that checks to see that I am using the
most current version of device drivers, that I have my security updates installed and that
applicable maintenance is done on my PC's. Also, to answer specific questions that come up
in the day to day operation of my computers.
I find it to my benefit to use this service on an every other month basis. I do not want
to know all the ins and outs of how the computer works, I just want it to work for me. My
Coaches have always been prompt, knowledgeable and ready to work within my schedule.
